Coming home doesn't mean the battle is over. With over 10 times the amount of veterans lost to suicide than to combat operations in the same time period, there has never been a more important time to TAKE A STAND and DO something to support our veterans!! If you or someone you know is suffering from PTSD, we have people that have shared a similar experience and are ready to help.
There are several members who have not renewed their VFW Post 1263 membership for the upcoming year. Hopefully, this has only been an over site. Remember, every member is important to our Post.
Your membership supports our Post to help our comrades. We here at the Renton Post 1263, are striving to be better for our community and our comrades. Our new Commander, Sr. Vice and Jr. Vice are all looking forward to working hard to make our post the best it can be and to bring it back to what it once was, we can’t do that without your support through membership.
Remember that your membership allows the VFW to speak to Legislative leaders; they listen to us because of the number of members we have in the Veterans of Foreign Wars. We need them to help our Veterans.
